∟Install Open Source PyMol with Fink

This section provides a tutorial on how to install open source PyMol using Fink package manager. Installation failed because Fink installer only supports macOS 10.3.

If you want to install the open source edition of PyMol using Fink package manager. you can try these steps:

1. Go to Fink download Website at finkproject.org/download/bindist.php.

2. Click "Fink 0.9.0 Binary Installer (Intel) - 14431371 bytes, compressed .dmg disk image" to download it.

3. Double-click on Fink-0.9.0-Intel-Installer.dmg to open it.

4. Control-click on “Fink 0.9.0-Intel Installer.pkg” to run it. I got this error: 

  This Fink Installer is for OS X 10.5 only.
  Please visit http://finkproject.org to get the correct installer
  for your system version.

I am running macOS 10.12. So it's not supported by the Fink installer. I will try to find a newer version of the installer later.
