macOS Version and Upgrade
This section provides a tutorial on how to view the version of macOS systems, check for available upgrades and perform an upgrade.
If you just got a new macOS computer, the first thing you should do is probably to check its version number and to see if there is any upgrades available.
1. Click the "Apple" icon on the top left corner of the screen. Then select "About This Mac".
2. Review the information displayed on the "Overview" tab.

3. Click "Software Update..." button to see if there are any upgrade available for macOS any installed software.
4. If you see macOS 10.12.6 is available, click the "UPDATE" button to install the upgrade/update.
5. Restart the computer. And click "Apple > About This Mac", you see the version is changed to 10.12.6.
