Removing "Java Update - jusched.exe"
This section provides a tutorial example on how to remove 'Java Update' program jusched.exe.
If you have Java installed on your Windows computer, you will get a Java update popup frequently from the task bar like this:
The popup displays the following message to you:
Java Update Available A new version of Java is ready to be installed! Click here to continue.
You don't need to follow this message to get Java updated, unless it's really needed. You should actually disable Java update program to protect your computer and improve performance.
Below is what I did on my computer:
1. Run Control Panel > Java. You see "Java Control Panel" showing up.
2. Click "Update" tab, unchecked "Check for Updates Automatically" and clicked "Apply"
3. Restart the computer.
"Java Update" program (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\Java Update\jusched.exe) will not be running anymore.
