"soap:fault" - Binding for SOAP Fault Details

This section describes 'soap:fault', a SOAP extension element that specifies how the SOAP Fault Details should be constructed in a SOAP response message. 'literal' means no encoding.

"soap:fault" is a SOAP extension element used as a sub element of the "wsdl:operation" element inside the "wsdl:binding" element. "soap:fault" is used to provide information on how the content of the SOAP Fault Details element is constructed. The syntax of "soap:fault" looks like this:

<wsdl:definitions ...>
  <wsdl:binding ...>
    <wsdl:operation ...>
      <wsdl:fault>
        <soap:fault name="nmtoken" use="literal|encoded"
          encodingStyle="uri-list" namespace="uri"/>
      </wsdl:fault>
    </wsdl:operation>
  </wsdl:binding>
</wsdl:definitions>

Notes on the "soap:fault" element:

An example of "soap:fault" element will be added later.
