Using Wi-Fi to Connect to Internet
This section provides a tutorial example on how to turn on the 'Wi-Fi' function to connect the tablet to the Internet through home Wi-Fi network.
To connect my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 mini tablet to the Internet, I need to use my home Wi-Fi network:
1. Tap on "Settings", and go to the "Wireless & networks" section.
2. Turn on "Wi-Fi" by sliding the "Wi-Fi" switch. I see my Wi-Fi SID displayed with other Wi-Fi SIDs in the neighborhood. My SID should have the strongest signal icon.
3. Tap on my Wi-Fi SID and enter my Wi-Fi password to finish up the connection.
Now I can browse the Internet, download files, or play on-line games through my Wi-Fi home network.
