"soap:operation" - SOAPAction Header Line
This section describes 'soap:operation', a SOAP extension element that specifies additional binding information at the operation level. soapAction='uri' is a required attribute for SOAP 1.1 over HTTP.
"soap:operation" is a SOAP extension element used as a sub element of the "wsdl:operation" element inside the "wsdl:binding" element. "soap:operation" is used to provide additional binding information at the operation level. The syntax of "soap:operation" looks like this:
<wsdl:definitions ...> <wsdl:binding ...> <wsdl:operation ...> <soap:operation soapAction="uri" style="rpc|document"/> </wsdl:operation> </wsdl:binding> </wsdl:definitions>
Notes on the "soap:operation" element:
Here is an example of "soap:operation" element:
<wsdl:binding name="helloBinding" type="hy:helloPortType"> <soap:binding style="document" transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"/> <wsdl:operation name="Hello"> <soap:operation soapAction="https://www.herongyang.com/Service/Hello"/> ... </wsdl:operation> </wsdl:binding>
