Running Applications - Background and Foreground Processes

This section provides a tutorial example on how to review running applications, including both background processes and foreground processes, on my Android phone.

In the previous tutorial, I reviewed what are running as background processes on my phone. In this tutorial, I want to review all processes, including background and foreground, that are currently running.

Tap on "Settings", "Applications", than "Manage applications". I see 4 tabs showing up: "Downloaded", "Running", "All" and "On SD card".

Tap on "Running" tab. I see a long list of items displayed:
